Only on sunday, for now it's only available in the USA
> An important note: We are enabling the Assistant for all users in phases, based on regions, starting with USA today. The full rollout for ‘Assistant for All’ is scheduled to be completed by Sunday, 23:59 UTC.
I subscribed to the assistant for a bit, but I found that since most LLMs are designed to not answer the kinds of prompts you would want privacy for, there isn’t much utility to an anonymous LLM.
I like Kagi Search, it's the first non-Google that I've been able to stick with and I have no desire to leave, but I did downgrade my account to professional a few months ago.
Kagi Assistant wasn't "bad" or anything, but I feel like I get more than $5 of extra value out of a ChatGPT membership. I can generate images and there's almost no usage limit (unless you go crazy with o1 or something).
I feel like I need a power users walkthrough of Kagi to shows it's value, I just can't get it up for it at the moment. I barely even use Google these days and just ask GPT :-D

The assistant is limited to a 32k context window (consisting of up to 7+1 messages) and usage quotas varies depending on model pricing[0].
Although I'm a Kagi user, I don't see much value in it, especially now that virtually all LLM UIs have native web search support.

Love the search though.

I mostly like that you can do your own rankings instead of a prediction system doing it for you.
I can uprank stuff like Github and Stackoverflow, and downrank stuff like eHow or W3Schools, which is quite nice.
