I hope this document is provided as plain text with png images (and why not av1/opus/mkv/webm videos)... and not with ultra complex (open or not) file formats (well video/audio compression cannot be simple, but the video container can).
Even providing this document as a simple PDF has to be questioned.
And/or we can read it online with a noscript/basic (x)html browser... and certainly not with only gogol/apple web engines.
